Its services include catalog management, supply chain, income tracking, rights management, and business intelligence. By leveraging innovative solutions, the company helps music businesses adapt to the rapidly evolving market and seize new opportunities. This role will play a critical part in supporting and improving our public-facing API, which is a core product offering. You will work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and gather feedback, while also contributing to the development and enhancement of the API.
This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with APIs, assisting customers, and want to grow into a Back End Developer position in the near future. Great if you have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience and 1+ years of experience in API development/support or related roles.
