As an API Support Engineer, you will help customers succeed by assisting them in understanding and integrating our API, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear solutions.
To support users, you will create and update documentation, including API guides, tutorials, and troubleshooting FAQs, empowering customers with self-service solutions and advocating best practices.
Your role will also involve contributing to API development and enhancement, working with .NET Core to expand features, implementing improvements based on customer feedback, and ensuring high-quality code through testing and debugging.
For more complex challenges, you will collaborate with the engineering team to ensure effective resolutions. Additionally, you will monitor API performance to maintain reliability.
Collaboration will be key, as you will act as the link between customers and the engineering team, work with product managers to align API updates with business goals, and share customer insights to shape future development.

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused API Support Developer to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting and improving our public-facing API, which is a core product offering. You will work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and gather feedback, while also contributing to the development and enhancement of the API. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with APIs, assisting customers, and want to grow into a Back End Developer position in the near future. Great if you have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience and 1+ years of experience in API development/support or related roles.
